K\u00fcnftig werden beide als lizenziertes Zahlungsinstitut unter dem Namen DIMOCO Payments auftreten. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Mit 1. April 2022 wird die DIMOCO Payment Services GmbH auf die DIMOCO Carrier Billing GmbH verschmolzen. Diese wird im Zuge dessen in DIMOCO Payments GmbH umbenannt. Das Unternehmen ist ein reguliertes Zahlungsunternehmen und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine von der \u00f6sterreichischen Finanzmarktaufsicht (FMA) erteilte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dimoco.com\/products\/payment-products\/\">Zahlungslizenz<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><br>Durch die B\u00fcndelung der Payment-Expertise beider DIMOCO-Gesellschaften in den Bereichen Carrier Billing und Zahlungsdienstleistungen entstehen Synergien, die die Position von DIMOCO als Zahlungsunternehmen weiter st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<p><br>Mit einem einzigen DIMOCO-Vertrag erhalten H\u00e4ndler nun Zugang zu mehr als 100 Zahlungsmethoden, darunter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dimoco.com\/products\/acquiring-services\/\">Kreditkarten<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dimoco.com\/products\/carrier-billing\/\">Carrier Billing<\/a>, f\u00fcr modernen E-Commerce und M-Commerce.<br\/>Ulrike Baumgartner und Loukas Louka bleiben weiterhin Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von DIMOCO Payments.<br\/><br\/><br\/><strong>\u00dcber DIMOCO<\/strong><br\/>DIMOCO wurde im Jahr 2000 gegr\u00fcndet und ist ein reguliertes Zahlungsunternehmen mit einer von der \u00f6sterreichischen Finanzmarktaufsicht (FMA) erteilten Zahlungslizenz.<br\/>Die DIMOCO Payments GmbH erm\u00f6glicht H\u00e4ndlern, Zahlungen f\u00fcr digitale und nicht-digitale Waren zu akzeptieren.
