In this position you are responsible for the technical advice and support to our customers. Moreover, you act as the competent point of contact between the customer, sales and IT & development.

Your tasks in more detail
- You will lead the technical accessibility support in international mobile payment projects
- With your technical knowledge you support sales in the bidding phase as an active player
- You take care of configuration and customization of the mobile payments platform
- You drive technical development according to customer requirements in close cooperation with IT & Development and product management
- You support the Sales department in acquiring new business through pre-sales consultancy service
- You manage multiple integration projects - configuration of customer accounts, support the customer with the technical integration to the payment system, coordinate the integration with internal departments and external partners, perform troubleshooting of technical issues and resolve them
- You provide 1st and 2nd Level support for customers after successful integration.
Your skills
- You are a candidate who comes from an interface function development/IT and internal/external customer, who is technically versed (in a software-related environment)
- Alternatively, you are a software developer with strong communication skills who wants to move out of development

- You have solution-oriented thinking and acting and a service-oriented personality
- Excellent command of English language is needed; German is a plus
- Familiarity with payment services environment and systems (PSP gateway, Card payments, PCI, etc.) is considered an advantage
- Knowledge in the iGaming Industry is considered as an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle Database) is an advantage

- Of course, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which we will be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons we have to indicate the gross annual salary which starts at a minimum of € 40.600. We are of course ready and willing to offer you more than the starting figure, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
